Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Taplo — digital menu, table ordering, preparation screens, cash drawer, stock, loyalty, reviews and reports — by subscribing venues and their guests.

Guests access the menu without an account, by scanning the table's QR code or NFC tag.

Venues access their space with personal logins. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

The service is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, depending on the chosen plan, with a 14-day free trial.

There is no commitment: it can be stopped at the end of each period. If unpaid, access may be suspended after a reminder.

The venue remains solely responsible for its menu, prices, the quality of what it serves, the payments it collects, and its tax and health obligations.

It informs its guests about the service and the processing of their data.

Taplo does its best to keep the service available and secure, including an offline mode for staff screens. Occasional maintenance interruptions may occur.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the competent Moroccan courts will have jurisdiction.
